Yes! We welcome families and teach children how to safely and effectively communicate with their dog. Our sessions focus on building confidence, clear communication, and positive interactions for both kids and pets.

Yes. In addition to behavioral dog training, we offer professional in-home pet sitting services, including dog walking, drop-in visits, Out-of-Town Care Bundles, and overnight sitting. Each visit is designed to support your dog’s routine, comfort, and overall well-being while you’re away.

Yes. Our Out-of-Town Drop-In Bundles include three 90 minute visits per day to maintain your dog’s routine, comfort, and well-being while you’re away. We also offer overnight sitting for an additional fee, providing extra supervision and care when needed. Visit our pet care page to learn more.

While our expertise is primarily in dogs, we also care for cats, fish, small household pets, and exotic pets. Our services include feeding, play, and supervision, and we’re happy to discuss the specific needs of your pets!

Yes. Medication administration is available as an add-on. Puppies under one year are welcome, with additional supervision and care tailored to their needs.

Yes! We can provide pick-up and drop-off services for daycare, grooming, veterinary visits, and similar needs. Pickup and drop-off can occur at separate times if needed.

We recommend booking as early as possible, especially for holidays or multi-day care. Same-week bookings may be available depending on scheduling.

Training
Your initial consultation is paid in full at the time of the visit. If you decide to move forward with a training package, a scheduling deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your training schedule.
The remaining balance may be paid in full within 30 days of your consultation or divided into flexible monthly payments, depending on the package and what best fits your needs. We believe building a great relationship with your dog shouldn’t have to wait, and we’re happy to discuss payment options that feel manageable for your family.
Pet Care
Payment for scheduled pet care services is due by Sunday before the upcoming service week, or anytime before a scheduled visit takes place. This helps us keep scheduling and care running smoothly for all families we serve.
We currently accept cash and Venmo, and can accommodate other payment methods when needed.
Tips are never expected, but always appreciated. Any tips received go directly to the team member(s) who provided your pet’s care. If multiple team members helped cover multiple visits, tips are divided accordingly.

We understand that life happens, and we do our best to balance flexibility with honoring time reserved for your pet’s care.
For standard pet care services (enrichment visits, home visits, and transportation), cancellations must be made before the day prior to your scheduled service to receive a full refund. Cancellations made after that window are eligible for a 50% refund, as time has already been reserved specifically for your pet.
For out-of-town pet sitting, a 50% deposit is required to reserve dates. Cancellations made more than 7 days before the scheduled start date will receive a refund of the deposit, while cancellations made within 7 days forfeit the deposit.
If an emergency comes up, please reach out as soon as possible — we understand that unexpected situations happen and will always approach them with compassion.
